InfoPath Dev

I have one user out of hundreds who is unable to open forms because IE refuses to use the Infopath Filler client. Here are the specs: MOSS 2007, Infopath 2010, IE 11, Windows 7. The Sharepoint form library is set to use client instead of browser. It works for everyone but this one user. IE tries to open it in the browser, but since it is not compatible, it just says "Closed" and does nothing. I *think* it happened when the user was upgraded from IE9 to IE11. So does anyone know what settings I need to change in IE to make this work?

In IE for this user, could you add the site to compatibility view settings and see if that helps?
