Multiple-selection list box us in the SSR

How do I use multiple selection list box in the sql report. Here is m process. 1. I have multi select list box in the form. The values are coming form a separate share point list 2. I have a rule to set another text field value separated by ; with all value selected in the multi select list box 3. when I see the value published it looks good in a view for both the fields 4. Now I want to use this field in the report and filter few values from all value selected. I have multi select select field as a parameter to report as multiple selection allowed but when I apply filter to data source it doe snot work

So - this is a report that is using a SharePoint List for the data source, and I think you are saying that you have the possible options separated out for selection as a parameter, but the data returned isn't correct? If I recall correctly, with a report using a list for a data source, user passed in params don't work & you have to apply them as a filter to the returned data. Of course "does not work" is pretty vague - that could mean anything from "I don't get any data back" to "There is an error" or "The time-space continuum collapsed". So I'm guessing. :)

Hi Hilary, Thank you for your reply. But not sure what you want me to try. I have a share point infopath form library. There is a SQL report which uses this list as a data source. There is a multi selection box which I want to use this field as a filter. How do I do that? Shruti
