Submit adjusted Sharepoint Form Library data query to Sharepoint List connection, within same form.

      Hello

I am currently new to both InfoPath and SharePoint. I have been learning through both experimentation and research. At present I am working on a project which I’ve essentially managed to get as far as 75% complete. Unfortunately due to my inexperience I’ve managed to hit a wall. I've looked online reading posts and article and so far none of the solutions have worked for me. Looking for a little advice/guidance.

    Project

Create an online form, which pulls query data from a SharePoint list into a repeating table found on the form. 1st end user should have the ability to delete and update the comment field for each line item and submit the changes to the SharePoint list site (The Data found in the SharePoint List site comes from an Access table that is published into SharePoint), followed up a rule to save the form in a designate SharePoint document library. The data on the repeating table should display once its opened by the next end user.

After reviewing the data the second end user will enter their password or pin number in a field, to identify their approval; retrieve their name, job title, add todays date and an image of their signature which is store in another SharePoint list and save the form in the library.

    Current Progress

I have managed to create a form that covers both the query and approval process. Unfortunately I am still having problem developing the form to delete and update the comment field in the repeating table after querying the data, nor store the query data after saving the form in the document library.

It is my understanding this is due to two limitations and are my current issues:

    A) I cannot submit data on the form using a secondary connection to a SharePoint list

    B) Repeating tables does not store query data, so after saving and reopening the save form the repeating table with be empty.

I have gone online and found several work around but unfortunately could not get it to work.

It tried following this guideline http://www.bizsupportonline.net/browserforms/update-sharepoint-list-items-object-model-infopath-browser-form.htm but could not get it to work because Windows® SharePoint® Services did not exist in the Add Reference .Net Tab. I tried downloading WSS 3.0 and installing it but my system would not allow it.

Other examples I found to enable me to add submit data to sharepoint list from a  library based template were confusing or too complicated based on my current level. I would very much appreciate some assistance/guidance as it would definitely allow me to create more project once ive managed to understand a better way to resolve the issues im encountering. Thanks.
