 I read many posts about this and I don't understand ! I tried changing the manifest.xsf file but it won't open on Visual studio for some reason...

I need to change the publish location because the users don't have access to where it has been originally published.

I did sooo much work and I cannot do it again noooo please help!

Go to the File > Publish menu in InfoPath and republish the form?

 I can't republish in a different location... I wish!

I don't understand the issue. You say your users can't access the location you published to, but that you can't publish to another location - I guess that means you need to give your users access? Is this a network location? Did you enter a path in the dialog box that I've included a screen shot of? You probably need to walk through the publishing wizard again and do that if this is a network location.
