Without having multiple text boxes, each with their own format and set to hide if the selected currency is not their own format, there's not a way to do it.
An alternative is to have a field somewhere that holds the current currecy symbol, and you display that as an expression box before each currency-type field in your view, and then not have any currency formatting on your fields.
