I have this weird scenario happening. I have three workflows running behind a two tier approval form. A request form opens up and when submitted, it emails their manager for approval. That workflow runs when item created. Then the manager opens the form and his approval section is their only. If he r he rejects an email is sent to the submitter. If he approves an email is sent to me for approval. That workflow runs when the item is changed. The problem I am having is that when I approve and submit, it emails the submitter and this workflow is set on item change as well. The problem is the manager approval workflow runs again as well as it is set to item change for starting. Why is this happening? What am I missing?
