Recently a form that has been around for years started displaying "SPS!Moss2013P01" for fields with a default value of Value[Name = "FirstName"] and "Service Account" for fields with a value of Value[Name = "LastName"]. My fix was simple because I tied these values to a load rule instead of a field default value, but the Set Fields Value when State is blank points to the exact same place.
Anything change in the last couple of weeks that would cause this?
