InfoPath Dev

I have created InfoPath 2013 forms for submit data. I have created two list 1 is lookup list and another one is submit list. the functionality is when user login to the page it will capture some lookup data from lookup list based on who logged in to submit list.

 Issue: when multiple user login to this site then getting performance issue, it's taking around 15 min time to open and retrieve data. when single user login to the site no issue.

 So could you please confirm whether the issue with InfoPath form or the SharePoint site?

 

I would assume the issue is with your SharePoint Server - is this a browser form? I've never seen a perf issue this bad (15 minutes to open? That is absurd!) nor related to number of users logged in - do other forms on the same server have a similar problem?

Thanks for your input on this. Created SharePoint custom list and edited in InfoPath for customization and deployed. No issue with other lists.

Actually I have taken copy list as template and added in another subside and it's working fine without any changes. I feel when I / single user used no issue the form is working fine. only If I distributed to around 500+ resource to then it's getting very slow.

 

I have resolved the issue last week, Created rule and set data connection to retrieve the data based on logged in user. also indexed the column which i need to lookup in SharePoint list.
