 Is it possible to record the date when an attachment is added to a form?

Say you had a repeating table that has the click to add attachment and a date field. 

In that repeating table as an attachment is added can the field in the same table associated with the "Click to add" be updated with the date?

Hi - just add another field (it doesn't have to be on your form if you don't want it to be) and put a rule on the attachment field to set it - see attached sample. Save the linked file locally, right click and select Design to open in design mode - then you can preview to check it out.
