InfoPath Critical Error on Adding a New List Item

My form used to work a few days ago. When I attempt to add a new item to my List where the InfoPath form is published to it gets stuck at "Sending data to the server..." eventually a pop up would appear. The error message reads "Critical Error. An error occurred submitting this form to the Web server. The form will now be closed. Click Start over to load a new copy of the form. If this error persists contact the support team for the Web site. Click Close to exit this message." The only thing I have done is add a few more sections with controls to hide it from users but the form already had sections with those in place and it worked. I do have rights so it is not a permissions issue. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Sounds like a SharePoint server issue. Is this SharePoint Online (O365) or SharePoint On Premises?

If it's online, I'd call Microsoft.

If it's on premises, ask your admin for the SharePoint logs.

    Good luck!

This is on premise. As for the logs what would I be looking for specifically? There error message does not display a correlation id at all.
