Can anyone help me with email issue in infopath 2013. I have infopath filler form which submit to sharepoint and send out email. But recently few of my customer has upgraded to office 2016, and email body is now blank. -Tanuja

 I had seen that in previous versions of InfoPath & Outlook - but right now I am using InfoPath 2013 & Outlook 2016 and am not having that issue. Can you find out the version # of their Office 2016 install? I'm attaching a screenshot of mine.

 Here is my screen shot. And I tried few test scripts, which is having active view in email in outlook 2013 but outlook 2016 is blank.

Version number is 16.0.4266.1001.

This is the standard version which is loaded all over the company. 

Was a solution ever found for this issue? I am experiencing the same issue. My version of Outlook 2016 is 16.0.6741.2048.

I've heard that if you have different versions (32 bit vs 64 bit) of Office installed this can happen - i.e. 32 bit IP 2013 & 64 bit Office 2016 or vice versa.
