Have a Infopath Form with Repeating Table and few columns -
a. User Name (Lookup)
b. Application (Choice)
c. Project (Lookup)
d. Access (lookup)
Combination of these 4 should be unique so created a Uniquetoken whose value is concatenation of these 4.
There are few more columns in the list like Vendor, comments, etc.
I am facing 2 problems here -
1. I want all the data to be submitted together, suppose i entered 4 items 3 are unique and 1 duplicate,
on click of SAVE it saves 1 and keeps the form open, how can i submit all data together not submit 1
2. The Vendor is also a lookup I am using a rule to set its value based on user selected, in submit options just above SUBMIT,
when 1 happens it doesnt set the vendor value and keeps it blank
So dont want data missing, so nned to either stop only point 1 or fix for 2.
