Hi,
Our site has infopath 2007 forms published to it. If we upgrade all users to have Office 2013 in their systems, will the infopath 2007 forms work for them?

Generally, yes. We did see a few issues with some forms that had code - do any of your forms have custom code in them? If not, IP 2013 should be backward compatible for you.
