Hi everyone.
I have created a Document Library with an associated Site Content type Word template. I have set the Library to open in the Word client (Office 2013) not in Word Online. This Site Content Type has a Document Information Panel, configured by me using InfoPath.
The issue is that the DIP will open when a user opens a new document. The users don't want it to. I have cleared the tick box that says Always show Document Information Panel on document open and initial save for this content type but it still opens on new.
The DIP doesn't open when the document has been uploaded into the document library and opened therein.
Has anyone got any ideas on how to stop it from happening?
