Can anyone help me  ? I'm receiving the same error again :

 

"The custom code in the form cannot be run. This functionality may be deactivated on the server. For more information, contact the server farm administrator.

Click OK to resume filling out the form. You may want to check your form data for errors.   It occured when I implemented some workflows .... Thx in advance Tim

So - no code in the form? Or the form has code & the errors started happening after you added workflow? You should probably open a support ticket with Microsoft via the Office 365 admin page - include the correlation ID from the error so they can help you figure out what is going wrong.
