Filter always returns first row on Sharepoint list

    Hi InfoPath Devs,

I've been trying to get this to work for over a week and I'm pulling my hair out so any help is appreciated.

I will explain the entire process so hopefully you will be able to grasp what I am trying to achieve.

    1. Task is sent to user A asking them to select questions from 5 drop down lists.

    2. The list row for this item is then populated with the questions user A has selected.

    3. A second task is sent to User B also requesting that they select questions from the 5 drop downs available to them.

On the second task from I need to show User B the questions that User A has selected.

I have tried to use the ID from the related content to filter the against the ID on my list but no matter what I try only the information in the first row of the list is shown and not the information for the item the task relates to.

Please let me know if there is any more information you need.

    Thanks

    Cian

Can you attach a copy of your form to the Options tab with a note about where you currently have the formatting? I can take a look and see if I can help.... Or change the first drop down for the condition to "the expression" and paste in the XPath here.

I actually managed to figure this out myself.

The issue was that I was not getting a related content field on my main connection as I was using a collect feedback from user task.

When I switched to using a custom task form the related content field was in the main connection and I was able to use the after substring formula to capture the ID of the list item this way.

I then simply filtered the results using the ID value.

Thank you for offering to help, I'm sure I will have questions in the future :D
