 Hello Experts,

 I am having a doubt with using the username() function. Using it displays the username associated with my account. But what I need is the name of the user. How can I reterive the name instead of the username.

 Any help  is greatly appreciated.

 You'll want to use the user profile service. http://thinketg.com/using-infopath-and-the-web-service-getuserprofilebyname/ is one blog post on this - you should be able to find others if this one isn't clear enough for you. :)
