Error Connecting InfoPath form to Access Database

Hi, I hope someone can help me, coz it's driving me nuts :-)

    PROGRAMS:
    MS Access 2013
    MS InfoPath 2013

    ERROR:
"An unspecified error occurred while attempting to connect to the data source. Microsoft InfoPath supports only Microsoft SQL Server and Microsoft Access database. Check the connection to ensure it uses one of those two databases."

    STEPS:
1/ I created my "Blank desktop database" in Access with some columns (Question: in Access 2010 this was "Blank database" no 'desktop' in it, is there a difference?)
2/ I open InfoPath Designer, click the "Database" template
3/ Then I browse for the Access database via "Select Database"
4/ BAM! The error pops up

I have tried to save the Access Database in different versions and locations (desktop, shared network drive, my documents..)

I would love to hear your advice!

    THANKS!

Did you ever get this answered?  I'm having the same problem.  My form was working just fine and all of the sudden I started getting this same error message.  My form is connecting to an Access database.
