Have created an 'Email Submit' Data Connection and need a Conditional formula to CC the form to multiple users with exceptions.

i.e. UserEmail and OtherUserEmail as long as OtherUserEmail is NOT 'this email address' OR this 'email address' OR this 'email address'.

Add a field to the form to contain the CC addresses (doesn't have to be on the form). Set up the email connection to use the field for the CC value. Add rules on your submit button (or use submit rules) to use conditions to set the value of the field as needed.

Thanks Hilary. This is a simple and great solution. The only thing is I am having trouble locating the User Manager Email. I can locate the User Manager Name through GetUserProfileByName but not their Email. I need my field for the CC addresses to contain the User Manager Email by default and if it is <<this address>> or <<this address>> or <<this address>> then <<blank>>. 

Can you run GetUserProfieByName again after setting the query field to the Manager? Wouldn't that get you the manager email?
