    Rendering issue's

Hi, I have some weird issue's in some forms, not all :-), but for some users. And I've ran out off options to try! Please help. Using InfoPath 2013 Filler & SharePoint Online. On the forms in specific I have a lot of rules being executed on a button click. I submit data to webservices and submit the form to SharePoint Online. In some cases, but repeatable at some users, after clicking the button submit, it switches to another view, but the text and pictures are not shown. It seems like an empty form! The weird part is, that when I mouse over my "empty" form I can see the hand appear when I mouse over a place where I have placed a picture button. So, the view is present but somehow it doesn't render the information. What could cause this? Or better, is there a fix for this? Thanks, Pascal

Oh how odd - and this is in Filler & not the browser? Same operating system for all users? I think you are saying this is reproducible - so if it happens for user A, it will always happen for user A? If the user logs onto a different machine does it still happen?

Hi Hilary, thanks for your reply. Yes, the Filler. Same OS, same installations. Yes, reproducible for some users. No, it does not happen always, but more like in 50% of the case. I'll check if users still have this on a different machine. My guess is not. I think it is PC related, although the installations are the same.

Compare Internet Explorer versions / settings as well, since IP leverages IE for some functionality.
