File Control Attachment in an InfoPath List Form in Office 365-How do I get it back?

First let me say I am VERY new to InfoPath, and have very little background in all this, so I apologize in advance. Any help is appreciated. I have read all I can, and now am out of my league on what to do...

I created a browser form in InfoPath for an Office 365/SharePoint list. I believe it started with a file attachment control enabled, but then at some point I must have "removed" the control from the form at the user's request. Now, some 2 months later, they have decided they would like the file attachment option.

When I go to revise the form in InfoPath Designer 2013 there is no file attachment control appearing anywhere. It does not show in the controls in the Ribbon, and I have no way of getting at it to add the field. Field types nowhere show "file attachment." I've done some reading, and I think I "see" that the file attachment control has iterated over the years, and it is a special animal, and when it attaches to a form, it uses some special code automatically embedded in the form?? I'm concerned that when I "deleted" the control originally (whatever I did) I somehow deleted the ability to use this control ever again within this form. (deleted that special code??) I also think I read in the forums/blogs that the picture control uses the same sort of code, and that I could perhaps insert a picture control and then change the control type to file attachment--tried that, but again, there is no option appearing anywhere I can see to change the control to a file attachment control.

This forum is my last attempt to fix this before I just recreate the form-- which will be time-consuming and cumbersome--but the users need the attachment feature within the form. (I know I could just insert a hyperlink control that might be more efficient, but we have very unsophisticated users, and the file attachments originate from many different areas that are not necessarily accessible via hyperlink to the form recipients.)

Even if I must recreate the form, if you could tell me what I must have done wrong when I originally deleted the control, that would be a great help so I don't screw it up again.

    Thanks much.

I don't see a way to actually delete Attachments from an InfoPath List Form template - see attached screenshot. I'm not sure how you deleted it completely - can I see your form? You can attach it under the Options tab in a reply.

    Here it is attached.

This morning, I was trying to play with it so I just pasted a file attachment control box in from another form --you'll see it at the bottom. But it is "unbound"--I wouldn't know where to "bind" it, as I cannot see the file attachment function/control anywhere.

I can't remember how I originally 'deleted" the control, but I can't imagine I was any more sophisticated that just selecting it on the form and "cutting" it?? I only know that it was originally in the form because I have the design mockup we did before the users revised what they wanted.

I'm also attaching a screenshot of what my controls are as I have it in Design:

Attachments is in the Fields task pane in your form - just drag it onto the form. I've done that for you in the attached copy of your form. Right click the link and select Save as to save the form to your machine. Right click the saved form and select Design to open in design mode.
