    Repeating Data Within Repeating Sections

I am new to this site and new to InfoPath development, but have a lot of experience in Access, VBA, and SharePoint. I cannot seem to figure out how to display my data. I have searched the forum and google and nothing really applies to my issue.

I have two+ data sources (secondary). One is locations that list all of my locations and has a true/false field for enabled. The other data sources are Region, Country, State, & City.

I am trying to create collapsible repeating sections for the regions, country, etc. I have created collapsible sections before, but not based on repeating data. My tables are built as follow:

    Region...
Region ID | Region Code | Region Name
    1             | NA               | North America
    2             | LAM             | Latin America
    3             | SA               | Southeast Asia

    Locations...
Location ID | Property ID | Location Name | Location Address       | Region | Country | State | City | Enabled
    55686        | 0955686     | Crescent Park  | 123 Crescent Park Rd | 1         | 15         | 3       | 5     | Yes

I would like to group all of the enabled locations per region. I can do the collapse part on my own. However, anytime I add a repeating section and then try to add the repeating table of a different data source it gives a "Content cannot store data" or "Content cannot repeat here" error. I've also tried to put a repeating table in a repeating table. I am at a loss.

My other issue (which may need to be a separate post) is combining two data sources based on the Location ID.

    Any thoughts?

No ideas? Is this not possible?
