InfoPath Dev

I have successfully installed DBXL and am running through the setup.  I get to the point where I have deployed the feature to my SharePoint 2013 on-prem installation and activated it on the site.  When I click on DBXL Settings in the library settings page, I get ye ol' "Sorry, something went wrong" error.

 I cross referenced the correlation ID with UlsViewer and am seeing the following errors:

Application error when access /_layouts/15/Qdabra/Dbxl/DbxlListSettings.aspx, Error=The file '/_layouts/15/Qdabra/Dbxl/DbxlListSettings.aspx' does not exist.

System.Web.HttpException: The file '/_layouts/15/Qdabra/Dbxl/DbxlListSettings.aspx' does not exist.

Getting Error Message for Exception System.Web.HttpException (0x80004005): The file '/_layouts/15/Qdabra/Dbxl/DbxlListSettings.aspx' does not exist.

 Any ideas?

 Edit: When I look in C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Web Server Extensions\15\template\layouts\Qdabra\ it is empty.

I found the files in C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Web Server Extensions\14\template\layouts\Qdabra\ (14 instead of 15). I copied them over and all is well. Not sure why that happened.
