I don't know if this is even possible... I had a document name in my header which I've changed to be a calculated field. [Header - Project Document] Which now looks like this: [Header - DocumentName] Where DocumentName = "Project Document: " + InformalName However when I upload the new form, the header still reads just Project Document without adding the InformalName. How can I fix this?

 You've ruled out a syntax error on the concatenation function? The only other thing could be informalname isn't being populated, you didn't mention how you got the informalname value.

Sorry, to be more clear. :: Document Title :: Field Name: DocumentTitle Type: Text (String) Default Value: "Project Documentation" :: Informal Name :: Field Name: InformalName Type: Text (String) Formatting Rule: Change DocumentTitle Condition: InformalName is not blank Rule Type: Action Run these actions: Set a field's value (Field: DocumentTitle, Value: concat("Project Documentation - ", InformalName) Inside InfoPath, when the focus is removed from InformalName after changing the value (ie. "Work Site") the DocumentTitle will change to "Project Documentation - Work Site". Previously, this rule didn't exist so existing documents that exist in the SharePoint library where the InfoPath form saves to all say "Project Documentation" without the InformalName. If I go and edit the InformalName on existing documents, they update as per the new InfoPath template. Is there a way to apply the new template to the old existing documents to automatically update their DocumentTitle to "Project Documentation - [InformalName]" instead of having to go back and edit each document?

 Oh I see what you meant now, no I don't believe there is a codeless way to do what your asking, the form logic hasn't been done on existing forms although they would update to the new formula when you opened them. Did you try the relink documents action?
