    Capturing Current View Name On Load

    Hello,

    Is there any possible way to capture the current view On Load? I know that the view object does not exist until after the Onload event occurs, but I would think that there has to be a way to know which view is active when the form loads. Any ideas?

    Hi Bwilbourne,

    In onLoad, we don't have a property called Name in view object when the form is loading. Whichever we set the by default view in InfoPath that view is loaded by defualtly. But we can the view name in "OnSwitchView" event. You can write below the code in "OnSwitchView" event.

    var viewName = thisXDocument.View.Name;
