Auto-populating one form from two different data sources

I have one form - Annual Task

Data Sources: Main; Annual Task List Secondary; Task Compliance Status

All Fields on form are auto-populated from Annual Task List Secondary, based on user entering fixed unique values into Asset No Field.

I have created a separate section on the form that has the following fields:Department; No of Tasks; Tasks Completed; and Percentage of Completion. This data is in a different list (Task Compliance List). I have established a data connection for this list (Task Compliance Secondary), with Sort by being set as Department. All fields on the list are Single-line Text.

Department is also a field on the Main and Main Secondary data connections. However, the Sort by (due to functionality), for the form and Main and Secondary data connections is the Asset No.

What I would like to do:

When Asset No is entered into Asset No field, all relevant data associated with the asset auto-populates (using main and secondary data connections) into the designated form  fields. - Currently Working through a series of queries and rules.

Also, I would like to have this same Asset No entry action auto-populate the separate fields of No of Tasks, Tasks Completed, and Percentage of Completion fields, using the separate data connection

    Thanks,

So - what connects these things? Is there an asset number in the Task Compliance list?

The 'park' field is in both lists. The main form unique value is "Asset No", that pulls up the park where the asset is located - as well as all the other data I want. I would like to use the park name displayed in the Park field on the form, based on the entry of the Asset ID No., to query the second data connection/list for the pertinent park-wide data and populate the three other fields with that data (which only need be displayed, not saved).

     Thank you,

Can you attach or send me a copy of your form?
