Populating one dropdown to include fields from multiple secondary data sources

I have 6 SharePoint lists that I am querying. Each of the lists has a "client" field that will be pulled in on query. My question is, is there a way to populate one dropdown control in a browser form (I'm on O365) that can have all the client names from all six lists within the same control? I have qRules, so a command from there is available to me, if needed. Thanks!

I'd use qRules for this - I'd create an XML data source in my form that had a simple repeating node then make sure my list queries all returned the same number of columns and use CopyTable to copy from each data source to the XML data source. Use the XML data source for your drop downs.... does that make sense?
