Hi,

I've been using qRules for about 8 months now and everything's working great. This morning I noticed that one of my sublists which populates repeating data from the main form library lost a lot of records. The ID field starts in the 500s now, so somehow 500+ records are just gone. It's not my view. The list itself is only holding 60 something records now. By created date it looks like everything after 7/1/15 has been retained, and every record before then is gone.

Has anyone ever run into this before? I have no idea how it happened, and there are no deleted items in my recycle bin. The IDs just disappeared!

I've not seen this, no - but can I see your form? You can attach it under the Options tab in a reply. Are you also using the Refresh command? Or just the SubmitToSharePointList command? If you were using Refresh, and every XML that had list items that were populated prior to a specific date had been opened, and the list items from each had been deleted, and the XML had been resubmitted - then qRules would have deleted the list items.
