Background: I'm creating a recruitment form. Three people have to fill out their verdicts, and therefore I have 3 status fields (Hire or Reject). The aim is capture the overall Verdict.
E.g
2 hires and one reject the overall verdict will be 'No Hire'.
3 Hires =Hire
3 Regrets = Regret
etc.
It all works for the 3 x Hires & 3x Regrets, but for the other scenarios it works sometimes and other times it doesn't. Also, if someone changes the status the Verdict field is stuck with the last outcome, it's not changing. What's the best way to handle this - I'm stuck!
