InfoPath Question - Please Help
Hi,I am new to InfoPath and need help.I have an infoPath question and have been searching for a clear answer. I hope my question makes sense. I really appreciate your help. I have created an Access database. And I have also created a InfoPath template outside of the Access database. The InfoPath template, is SUBMITTED using Email. I have a form in the Access database, where the user can add or update a record. The record is updated, by clicking the UPDATE button on the Access form. The Access form also has an EMAIL button. If the EMAIL button is clicked, I would like the program to open the InfoPath form embedded in a email with fields pre-populated with the data of the record that was updated. The user can then make sure that the data is correct before emailing the InfoPath form to the intended receiver. The user can send the email to the intended receiver. After the rest of the form is filled out by the receiver. The receiver submits the form by way of email. The InfoPath form is used to update the database. Is this possible? If so, how?
