InfoPath Dev

Hello there, so i created a normal Infopath 2013 form, which will be filled with the Infopath filler 2013. When the form is filled it gets sent to the manager. The manager then accepts or declines the request. After he sends his answer he is asked if he wants to save the changed form. Is there a way to always save the changed form, after it was sent? Are you using Outlook? If you are using an email data connection for the send action, then the XML is saved in the sent folder of Outlook. Hope this helps.

Yes we are using Outlook. I know it is saved in the sent folder, but my manager asked for this automatic saved feature, what is kinda a luxery problem. Just wanted to know if there is a solution, because the managers often look in their recieved folder and dont know if they already declined/accepted the form.

Out of the box? No. I don't think this is possible on InfoPath. But could you check this thread out and see if this coding solution could help?

Thanks for your help, but as i said, its just a luxery problem. Nothing important. Would have been nice if there is an easy solution, but getting me into coding of xml is not worth it now :) Anyways, thanks for the help.

Once the Manager makes her/his decision what do you do with the form?
