Help with conditions set on a rule (Qdabra Leave Request template)

Hi all, I recently purchased a "Leave Request" template from Qdabra, which includes qRules finishedloading in the data connection. One of the rules includes the following 2 conditions:

Number of occurrences of SharePointListItem_RW is equal to 0 and

Number of occurrences of SharePointListItem_RW is greater than 0

I don't understand what this is referencing. This obviously references a SharePoint List associated with the form, but I don't understand exactly what it means, nor what particular list will will reference.

Hi, Sailor - If you click on the dropdown for each condition and select "Select field or group" you'll see the first condition is on the rows returned in the LR Admins group, and the second is from LR Employees. Basically, the condition checks that you are not an admin, but you are an employee. Make sense?

Thank you Hilary. for explaining that. If you don't mind a follow-up, as I am trying to learn a few things. How does that condition determine if I am Admin or not? I don't see it passing any criteria or anything, just simply "Number or Occurrences". How does it know what to look for in the list?

The very first rule on the finishedLoading node sets the username query field in LR Admins to the current user's name, then queries the LR Admins list. Thus, if a row is returned in that data connection, the current user is an admin. Make sense?
