InfoPath Dev

 In MS Outlook you can add more than one email address to send to in the "To" Field.

Is it possible in InfoPath 2010, 2013, to populate a field and just add email addresses from a people picker, and then on email submit have those.

Use that field as the "To" filler? 

Or is it possible to have a repeating  section field with a people picker and send an email to all in the repeating section?
