Submitting Multiple Items to SharePoint List with Excel Data Source

I have an Excel list with about 2,500 items. I need to take that list and submit those items to a SharePoint list. Currently, I have a REST connection set up to the Excel file. It appears to crap out if I go above 500 items (using a Range specified in connection). I'm trying to push 500 items at a time to SharePoint list (upon submit). Can this be done without code?

Things I've tried: SOAP connection and Batch file. Problem is I can't seem to populate the batch XML with data from the Excel REST connection.

I've seen the Wong-A-Ton methods for bulk upload, but those do one item at a time, unless you're using code, which I currently don't have access to. I was thinking there might be a way to neatly bring in and display the REST connection Excel data and then copy it to the XML Batch file fields, even if I have to create 500 placeholders in the batch file.

Is what I want to do possible?
