InfoPath Dev

Hi All Im Lookingg someone who is able to assist me with setting up the InfoPath programme which the Bacton Upper tier COMAH site uses for its shift handover, its used to ensure that there is an effective handover and for it to be effective we require some of the information to stay in the document when its saved as below and reproduce itself in the new document when opened and only when a removed date in added it will then remove itself from the document . I understand that the document and the software can do this but I don’t know how I have tried some of  tutorials on YouTube but im no IS Guru, I do need this work done so I’m just asking the question

I have a section with Alarm Inhibits

there are seperate repeating tables with the information Below

• Point Id
• Date and time inhibited
• Reason
• Removed Time and Date

I have a section with Process isolations

there are seperate repeating tables with the information Below

• Permit Number
• Isolation description
• Applied Time And Date
• Removed Time and Date

What I need is the information to stay on the form for multiple items and it only removes itself from the form when there is either a Removed date and time.

I could really do with some help please
