I have designed a form which I have been using for a while now

Today I decided to add a new view and set it as the default view

However when I preview the form the "old default view" still opens

The designer definately says the default view has been changed but no matter what I do it does not change when I preview or publish

Any ideas?

Preview is based on whatever your current designer view is. If you want to start in a certain view when priviewing, switch to that view first, then preview.

Verify your open rules do or don't set a default view. Verify your code does or does not set a default view.

I thought it was IP07 that previewed the view you were working on. I thought IP03 didnt do that, but I must of been wrong coz it is doing it now lol

Anyway turns out that my "On Version Upgrade" was set to "do nothing" which meant my hidden form used to avoid the "form1" name was not updated so it opened using old view, which was a bit strange coz it had access to the new views

I created a new hidden form from my new template now everything work as expected
