I have a form that has a link to open another form using the first as a data source, the second form was recently republished. The users can open both forms fine individually but when the form is opened from the other form, some users that have 2010 installed get the following error.

InfoPath cannot open the selected form because of an error in the form's code.
Could not load file or assembly 'C:\Users\b2tgl\AppData\Local\Microsoft\InfoPath\FormCache3\58D41D46.E24\6fa6e54b33510165$40f2440b2c14a25a\Qdabra.Tools.RulesLibrary.Browser2013.dll' or one of its dependencies. This assembly is built by a runtime newer than the currently loaded runtime and cannot be loaded.
