InfoPath Dev

Hello,

I am retaliative new to Sharepoint and Infopath. I have searched the internet but I do not believe I am using the correct key words.

This is what I am trying to do. I have a text field which will be populated with an 1, 2 or 3 base on the user input.  Based on the populated value, I want to use one of three share point lists I have. Basically if a '1' is selected, then use 'List A', if a '2' is selected then use 'List B', etc. Is this possible?

Hello John,

In this scenario you will probably want to have a query trigger that functions from the user input. This would man the field would have conditions to query. You can  then also display the dropdown in the view multiple times, with different data sources and use conditional formatting to hid the dropdowns based on the user input.
