InfoPath Dev

I have injected my InfoPath 2013 form with QRules 7.1 Injector (2013 Client version), but when I preview the form or publish it and try to open a new form, I get an error, the detail of which says...

 InfoPath cannot open the selected form because of an error in the form's code.  Could not load file or assembly Qdabra.Tools.RulesLibrary.Client2013 or one of its dependencies.  The system cannot find the file specified.

I have converted to a CAB file and see that the DLL is there in the package.  Have tried injecting multiple files and keep getting the same result.

How odd! Can you attach the template under the Options tab in a reply? I'd like to look at it.
