InfoPath Dev

 I am attempting to create a Hyperlink that is dynamic based on parameters in the form.  Once created a user can clicked on the link and it will take them to another Infopath form saved on SharePoint 2013 but opens in the Infopath filler.  What I am unable to do is get the form to open in the filler.  It gives me an error saying it is not web enabled.

Please try this, find Internet Explorer options/tools - Choose Compatibility View Settings - Add URL of site. I tried exactly what you were doing and got the same error. Adding the URL to the compatibility view fixed the issue.
