    Save Form as PDF

Hello, I have an infopath form that I would like share through email upon completion. I tried using the email submit feature, but the form contains pictures that do not get copied over in the email. I couldn't find a way to preserve the images, so alternatively I thought I could save it as a PDF and send that file through email. Can anyone help me find a way to save the form as a PDF on a button click, or provide alternative approaches to sharing an infopath form that has images. Thanks

    Hi John,

I haven't found a way yet to save forms as a PDF on a single button click, but you can use some applications like CutePDF or Foxit, or even Adobe if you have one installed to print InfoPath forms to PDF - you can do this by pressing Ctrl + P.

By the way, we have a DBXL feature which rendering forms to PDF, and then trigger a notification which emails the PDF to a specified recepient. I can help you get started if you wish to proceed with this option.
