InfoPath Dev

I am considering using some static XML files as resources to populate dropdown lists and I can not find anything in the IP 2003 Help File that explains how these types of files should be created. The Help just tells how to Add and existing Resource File. Could someone please point me in the right direction or give me an example. thanks

I normally like to set up my data source something like the following if I am going to be populating drop-down boxes:

<Config>
    <Months>
        <Month value="1" name="January"/>
        <Month value="2" name="February"/>
        . . . 
        <Month value="12" name="December"/>
    </Months>
    <SomethingElse>
        <Whatever value="abc" name="def"/>
        . . .
        <Whatever value="uvw" name="xyz"/>
    </SomethingElse>
</Config>
