Form count exceeded. Please upgrade your Database Accelerator license or delete forms.

I have inherited my SharePoint environment and I honestly do not know much about DBXL.  Last month I start noticing that a lot of workflows were crashing while trying to submit information to DBXL.  I was able to get logged into the BDXL Administration Tool and found that my license had expired which I was able to get renewed and re-added this morning but I am still getting errors on some of the forms when they try to submit to DBXL.  The workflows are Nintex workflows and they are using a User Defined action that I assume was created by my predecessor.  I have searched both here and Google and have found nothing that makes any sense to me.  Can someone please give me some guidance as to what this error means and what I may need to do to correct it?  Any and all help is greatly appreciated.

    Hi SGorges,

Kindly perform an IISReset on all servers where DBXL is installed and retry. If the issue persists, please mail us at Support (at) Qdabra (dot) com, so I can forward your concern to the proper department.

This could also be a matter of having multiple DBXL servers. We had a customer recently updated their Production environment, but the app in error was using the DEV environment url. If you have QA and Production environments, you will need to apply the license to each.

Doing an IISReset on both servers fixed the issue. Thank you very much!!
