Hello,

I want in my Form that when I chose a Team, it show only the Business area that is link to it in SharePoint.

let me explain:

In my SharePoint List, I have 2 field: Team (IS and IT)  and Business Area (all applications and infrastructure items).

example:
Business Area                                        team

Gotrex Application                                  IS
Microsoft Office                                      IT
e-Repricing                                             IS
Windows Server 2012                            IT 

The list is really long so to help, in my Form, what I want to achieve is when I chose IS,  it bring me only the IS list that is on sharepoint. The sharepoint list is already in Data Connections with the fields.

How can I achieve this? What rule I have to select?

Thank you for your question. What you are asking for is referred to as a cascading filtered dropdown. In the rules on the second dropdown you can add a filter to limit the options. You can also set up the connections as 2 separate data connections to the same list. The action of selecting a value of IT from the first, sets the query field of the data connection and then queries the data source. You'll want to set the second data connection to no query on load.
