Hi,
I have the following scenario.
Managers submit a form and select what access/assets/special things a new employee needs. This will notify the relevant departments (HR, IT etc.
In the notification they have to tick off each task the new employee's manager selected once they have completed it.
Say the manager had 3 IT items selected.
I want IT to be able to view the task, complete 1 or 2 items, then be able to go back to the task later and complete the 3rd only after will it move along the workflow.
Anyone have any suggestions for this?
I am trying with the request data action, but it only allows for completion of the task once, there doesn't appear to be any "Update" or partially complete function.
