have an old form where it appears that if you are not logged in to our site, the attach files button included on the form doesn't function.
The list the form writes to allows anon to view and add... and a form will submit/save for anon. but attachment button doesn't work.
button does work for logged in users.
in searching i've seen some posts that imply that attachments aren't allowed for anonymous users... but i'm trying to confirm that.
