Create a new folder in a library on O365 using CreateSharePointFolder command

I am new at Qrules but I am attempting to use the CreateSharePointFolder command. The command I am using is CreateSharePointFolder /name=Test /webservice=Web /siteurl=https://inc.sharepoint.com/Sales/Shared Documents /library=Documents .  I created a web service connection in infopath that is called Web with https://inc.sharepoint.com/Sales/_vti_bin/Dws.asmx?WSDL and select the createfolder operation.

     Error I get is:

    Action: CreateSharePointFolder. Arguments:   name: Test
      webservice: Web
      siteurl: https://inc.sharepoint.com/Sales/Shared Documents
      library: Documents

I found the solution to my problem:

    1.  You must setup the web service to submit and it must use  https://inc.sharepoint.com/Sales/_vti_bin/Lists.asmx?WSDL

    2.  Select updatelistitem

    3. Select entire form with the check box of submit data as a string
