InfoPath Dev

Hi all, I hope someone can shed some light on this. I designed a form using Infopath, published it to my Sharepoint site. In the form, I have a section where a user can attach a file, and the expected behaviour is that when the form is submitted and sent to the recipient via email, the file would also be attached to that email. When submitted, form is sent, with all the populated info, but no file. I have searched everyone to try and figure out how to get the file to also be attached to the email, but no such luck. Am I missing something here?? Would appreciate any thoughts/help on this. Infopath 2007 SP 2010 Thank you!

Hi - my understanding is that the standard Sharepoint workflow activities in Sharepoint 2010 don't support including attachments in email notifications. You can use Nintex Workflow instead of the Sharepoint OOB workflows (if your site has Nintex enabled). Within the "Send notification" action in Nintex Workflow there is a checkbox for "Include list item attachments" that you would need to tick.

Thanks for the reply, I'll take a look at this - I don't believe that we have Nintex installed.
