Ok so im new to info path but here is my question.

I have a workspace that allows me to Customize InfoPath Form. I save it on my desktop.

Then im able to open this form and us it right from my desktop and it works great! much faster than going to the workspace.

So i want to share this form so all my other employees can save this template on their desktop and use it from there.

BUT when i email it to people they cannot open it because it says it searching on my desktop instead of from the sharepoint.

How can a InfoPath form be shared between employees? So that everyone can just open it from there desktop and it load into in the sharepoint.

Welcome to the InfoPath community! In order to get the form working for your colleges you will either need to publish the form to a shared location, or each person will need to publish the form to their local drive. In order to do either:

1. Click the publishing options in the form designer
2. Choose the "To a Network Location" option
3. Browse to the location you wish the form to be published to, and select a name for the form.
4. Click through the remaining dialogs.  

Please note that the person publishing the form will need to have the designer on their computer to publish locally.

We do not necessary recommend this option, since it would enable anyone with the template installed to make changes to the form and publish.  Publishing the form to a network location is a better option when you do not want people to make changes to the form.
