Hi,

I've created an infopath form that submits to a form library on Sharepoint.  No fancy rules apart from allocating an ID using the following formula concat(userName(), " -", now())

This form has a person/group picker field that allows multiple selections and cannot be blank.

I've also created a sharepoint designer workflow that will send an email to those listed in the person/group picker field when item is created.

Here's my problem, it will only ever send an email to the first person listed in this field no matter how many recipeints are listed.  I have tried adding a pause to the workflow but this also only sends an email to the first receipient.

Any help appreciated.

Hi Tanetoa,

Have you tried using a Double Eval technique to concatenate recipients in a single field? If not, I would strongly recommend that approach. Kindly check the form I am attaching for your reference (download form > right click > open in design mode).
